Cocktail was declared the winner on For The Love Of Ray-J at a rooftop elimination ceremony at the Palms in Las Vegas. She was there with Unique, who made it as a finalist but was not chosen.

Also not chosen was Danger, who Ray actually eliminated first because he was afraid for his safety. Uh, yeah, I could have told him that weeks or even months ago!

Danger is so crazy that she would have chopped his thing off and kept it in a jar above her living room mantle. I can’t wait for the reunion, because they had better have extra security for that show.

Anyway, Ray went to Unique’s parents house in Cleveland, but Ray was uncomfortable there and got the cold shoulder from Unique’s mom.

Then he went to Cocktail’s parents home in Sacramento and the atmosphere there was decidedly different, appearing to be more of a fiesta, with shots of tequila being passed and lots of laughter.

I think at that point it was obvious who Ray was choosing, even though he didn’t like Cocktail speaking in Spanish to her mom (who didn’t speak English, BTW), because he couldn’t understand.

So then the three (Ray, Unique and Cocktail) jetted off to Vegas for the elimination ceremony. But first Ray had a short date with Unique that was more drama than substance. Her goose was cooked.

But when Ray picked up Cocktail and took her on a date, the scene was much more romantic. After the dinner the two went to Ray’s suite and it basically looked like a strip joint, with a pole in the shower and costumes, uh, outfits strewn across the bed.

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know what happened next, because the two got freaky and then you knew it was on and that Ray would pick Cocktail. Because if he hadn’t, I believe Cocktail would have cut his junk off, too, since he made a fool of her on national TV and used her.

So, Ray made the right choice. Do I think this love will last? Yeah, about as long as there is time between now and the reunion show.
