REALITY TV CIRCUS

After Real stunned everyone last week by offering an imaginary chain (?) to Bay Bay Bay, a girl he has repeatedly said he doesn’t have a connection to, the hijinks continued this week when KO was shown the door.

It’s not the first time it looked like the pro boxer was gonna be sent home. But she must have had some type of connection to Real (and to Chance, since she ended up in his stable first) because she stuck around for quite some time!

KO almost voluntarily went home earlier in the episode but thought better of it, since she’ll probably be back for something like a Real Chance Of Love Charm School, or whatever. The chances these stars will be recycled for a different VH1 show are high and so it wouldn’t have looked good if KO just went home without being eliminated.

But she was close to going on her own, as evidenced when she packed her own bags and started walking down the long road leading away from the Real Chance of Love mansion. Bay Bay Bay was even persuading her to leave, but Real talked her into staying.

At that point I thought Bay Bay Bay has headed home for sure, but KO snitched on Real during a hilarious “challenge,” in which the boys faked an assault on a guy who flirted with the girls at a Hollywood bar, which led to the girls filing “police reports” and watching Real being led away in handcuffs. KO failed miserably at the challenge, actually telling the pseudo-cops who did it and how.

Because Real and Chance set up the challenge to see who would stick with them through thick and thin and to see who had a thick skin, Real felt KO just wasn’t strong enough to handle his lifestyle and so KO was sent home. If the reaction from my wife was any indication (she threw something at the TV), the girls weren’t too appreciative of the challenge.

Surprisingly, though, Chance did not eliminate anyone and now the girls are headed to Palm Springs to meet the parents.
