REALITY TV CIRCUS

Thanks to two fellow competitors (Ken & Tina, the ex-NFL star & his CEO wife, namely) who helped them at a tricky “Detour” in India the two frat brothers from Arizona State will continue on their trek to win it all. Yeeah, dude.

“Team Superbad,” as they’re known on the Race (and you can see why), had to first fight through a “Road Block” at the Holi Festival, a celebration where onlookers threw dyed powder and water (sometimes both) at them as they tried to climb a ladder and retrieve a clue.

Some got it in the face and others, like Kelly from the Kelly & Christy team, divorcees from Texas, got it up her nose and in her mouth. (The picture proof is above left.) Apparently the women got it worse than the men! Wonder why?

The real challenge to the frat bros came at the end of the seventh leg of the competition when they had to read off and write down the correct numbers on small white tags hanging off Delhi’s endless and often-confusing power lines during a “Detour“.

Ken and Tina came to the ASU brothers rescue, offering some helpful hints, after the frat boys made several attempts and were turned away by the judge on numerous occasions.

Those hints enabled Andrew and Dan to finish ahead of Kelly and Christy, the two divorcees from Texas who had initially turned down the frat bros’ request to work together to solve the “Detour” when both teams were struggling.

Guess that’s when “What goes around comes around” comes back into play, huh? Obviously, Kelly and Christy were stupid for being so stubborn and it cost them the race, since they were eliminated for being in last place.

In the meantime, Andrew and Dan showed that it does mean something to be nice and their easy-going nature has enabled them to stay alive in their quest to pay off their student loans.
